A place to stay
A Place to Stay
"It was 5000 years ago when I first discovered this place. After a night of fear and running, I stumbled upon an otherworldly waterfall, being sucked into a lake of dreams. It sounds crazy, I know, but it seemed as if this lake was the gate to another realm. A realm I knew I did not know, yet it felt so familiar and close. It felt like a second home, where I had lived so many lifes and yet was not yet born. It's hard to explain but when I saw it I knew, this was a place to stay."
I painted A Place to Stay in 2025. It was the first time I really learned about the power of contrast and leading of the viewers attention.
